ARC RACE REPORT – WEEK 45 – 12th November 2019

Despite the inclement weather last weekend was a very active one for the members of ARC.

The weather however, did have an effect on the parkruns with several of them being cancelled because of slippery conditions. Hackworth Parkrun in Shildon was one that was able to proceed and this saw Simon Matthew Turner achieve a PB in 24.51.

The remainder of the racing took place on Sunday.

Four members travelled north to Newcastle for the Heaton Harriers Memorial 10k. This is two laps of a 5k course on the Town Moor. First home was Paul Dalton in 36.41, followed by Trish Kay in 49.02, Judith Porter in 1.01.02 (First Female 65) and Even Doe in 1.08.34.
