Continuous track session 35mins for all, How many 300 metre laps can you do in 35mins?

Everyone should finish at the same time except the D group. If you are still running your last 300 metres when the 35mins is up still continue with your last rep.

35mins – 300 metres @ 10k pace

Recovery: 100 metres at 2mins

Please Note:Try to run session in single file if possible and overtake on the right only, warm up and down in outside lanes all groups.
